Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, the user must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Vouchers: In case of an authorized exchange for a cheaper product, the difference will be issued as a store credit voucher, not a cash refund.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order has left our facilities, cancellation is no longer possible. Approved cancellations will be refunded via store credit/voucher.
